• By completing this form you agree to your line manager being informed of your application for the role for which you have applied;  
• If, as a result of the Recruitment and Selection Process, you do not obtain the role for which you applied, you retain the role you held prior to this process, in accordance with the employment contract already in force at the time;  
• The change of position within the company can be either vertical or horizontal and does not necessarily represent a promotion;  
• Obtaining a new position within the company does not necessarily imply a change in salary package or benefits;  
• The information and data in this document will not be shared with other entities and will be archived for a period of 3 years (or any other period of time as per GDPR regulations);  
• The personal data collected is subject to both the Romanian legislation applicable to the employer, regarding the processing of personal data, and the laws under EU Regulation 2016/679.  

With regard to the processing and archiving of personal data, you have all the rights provided by the EU Regulation 2016/679, namely: the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, the right access to your personal data; the right to rectification of personal data, the right to the erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data; the right to address the competent authorities or directly to the competent court.
